The Gridiron Elite Classic is a spring tournament that features teams from all across the tri state area.  The teams compete in a variety of leagues during their respective seasons but assemble early to compete for a championship and bragging rights.  Represented in the roster of teams are the RAFL (Regional American Football League), BNEFF (Big North East Football Federation) and the EFA (Eastern Football Alliance).  Geographically the teams come from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Included in the schedule are some great rivalries including the ”Battle for the Golden Spurs” (Empire State Demon Knights and Hudson Valley Cowboys), the Battle of Suffolk (Demon Knights and LI Panthers), and the Hudson River Rivalry (New York vs New Jersey Spartans).  Two years in the staff at the Gridiron Elite are already looking to make 2010 a major success.
